You get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

Items must be returned in the same original conditions. All original tags must be attached. Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. The new size/color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.

In order to start the exchange or refund process, the customers can contact the Zöe Marbella team via email at

Stating the order number, the reason for return and whether it’s a request for a product exchange or a refund.


We don’t make changes or refunds for international orders outside  of the countries of the European Union.

 Zöe Marbella is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred in returns and exchanges.

For any type of return or exchange, shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Please note that final sale items, which are not available online anymore, are not eligible for a return.

Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team via email  within 2 days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #ZoeMarbellaStyle !
