Zoe Marbella don’t make changes or refunds for international orders outside of the countries of the European Union.

In case of customer requests, the refund of the item(s) returned, the refund will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s).

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (how long depends on your card issuer).

Customers will be also refunded via Paypal. Therefore, the customer must inform his Paypal account/mail by email together with the information of the item(s) of the return.

Zöe Marbella is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and when we have processed your refund.
